Night of Terror 1986
I think I watched the alternate cut this time. I’m still not quite sure what it’s about. A German woman is released from an insane asylum by her estranged husband and is gaslit. The movie is choppy and vague.
A tip to anyone out there that might one day make a movie: the viewer shouldn’t have to struggle to make sense of your bullshit, half-baked plot. The brain tends to just check out at one point.

Coronasploitation is apparently a thing. Charles Band ought to be ashamed of himself for putting his name on crap like this. A tiny part of me almost wants to commend him for his ambition to produce films during the peak of the pandemic quarantine, but the results were just awful. He is nothing more than a carny. Using 75% recycled footage isn’t crafty or skillful — it is a cheat to the audience.
