Fall guy is surprisingly likeable, with non-stop stuntman hits and classic action movie references, but it suffers from poor execution of subplots and it's length.
Great dark comedy that keep your noodle cooking after the movie ends.
Straightforward, meat and potatoes movie from someone that doesn't typically do meat and potatoes.
Brutalist was very solid. Acting and cinematography was superb. Soundtrack was great. I think few movies have a title that so succulently describes the characters, soundtrack, and overall subject. Minimalist over decorative, modern but dated. Reading a lot about brutalist architecture after the movie really made me appreciate how perfectly this movie encapsulates that style/movement and distills it in everything. Despite being 3 hours and 35 minutes, I thought it moved along at a great pace, especially the first half. Definitely worth seeing in a theatre.
