What a treat to catch this in theaters, don’t miss out

Robert Pattinson is a goddamn freak I love it

This was my fourth time watching oppy in theaters, specifically in 70MM IMAX (have to plug it, not sorry), and it blows me away every single time. I’ll keep it brief, I’m comfortable saying this is my favorite movie of all time. It fills me with intense yearning, hope, dread and fuels my desire to live my life more authentically.

Fun enjoyable time, beautifully shot, great return for our two heroes.

But I couldn’t help shake the feeling that this felt like just an extended length short, typical for the characters, instead of a full length film. Compared to the 2005 theatrical outing it lacked a certain ooomf and, in my opinion, a definitive action set piece to tie it all together!!

But the film has heart with the relationship between our dimwitted Wallace and Heroic Gromit being further reaffirmed.
