  I loved this movie. Midlife baseball players, playing on a field for the last time, the field going to be built on. Brought back so many memories, playing in hundreds of games, not remembering the score of any. Just remembering the good times and joking in the dugout. The melancholy of being some where for the last time, like the Luna Theater and realizing you will not see most of these people again. A lot of people not having anything left to do.

  A colorful humorous , easily understood, not complicated movie. A story about the powerful keeping the poor underfoot and fighting amongst themselves so can control them. And the workers, working away trying to help the pretty sweet girl. Trying to bring back kindness and love.

  I loved the melancholy of the movie. Two lonely, old friends going to meet after 40 plus years. Will there be any real conversation. Looking back and wonder what might have been.
