Alien: Romulus 2024
Alien: Romulus was a freaky movie and I loved the whole thing. As someone who loved the first two films, this was a fantastic sequel, albeit a bit repetitive from the first. The unique themes relating to Roman history and forced insemination also add more to the film than traditional Alien films, and the GCI for the Xenomorphs was phenomenal (the low lighting certainly helped, but the models did look well done).

Captain America: Brave New World 2025
A very run-of-the-mill Marvel movie which faces many of the same shortcomings as the broader MCU, stretching itself thin trying to connect to multiple different plot threads and new secondary characters that the casual viewer doesn't care about. While the fight scenes were cool, the plot surrounding it was very bland, with the main villian being forgettable and lack lustre. Red Hulk was interesting, but if he's going to be in every single poster, I would rather them use him more throughout the film instead of this grand reveal in the last 20 minutes
