Cobweb 2023
I have no right to say that the parents acting was bad, what the hell do I know. Antony Starr plays to his strengths; Homelander as a creepy dad. Lizzy Caplan was so strange in this I don’t know if I would consider it good.
I liked the movie, reminiscent of R.L. Stine’s ‘The Haunting Hour’ episode with the dude in the walls that drinks syrup and adds value to the home somehow? Don’t think too deep into it.

God this movie was frustrating. I enjoyed it, but the majority of the developing plot had me going “that would never happen, no one would ever do that.”
Satisfying ending, right amount of gore. And I will say, Bill Skarsgård was a perfect casting choice for the role he played. Just the face of a man you cannot trust with the demeanor of someone you can. Poor Bill, I mean Keith.

Couldn’t believe how good Demi Moore looks at 62. She did this movie, and agreed to all the nude scenes on purpose, just to flex on all the other geezers out there.
This was a gritty flick. It was good don’t get me wrong, wouldn’t recommend to anyone with a weak stomach. Freaky. Solid acting. big Dennis Quiad fan. Give it a watch.
