The Dead Don't Die 2019
The stars are for Swinton being a weirdo.
I was excited watching the opening credits and seeing who all was in this just for it to be a very slow ride to nowhere. Part of the comedy was supposed to be the absurdly relaxed speed at which everyone takes the threat but it became tedious half way through. Maybe that was the point, idk, the movie just had too much and too little going on at the same time. Did not end well at all.

I liked this one more than the first one. The first one with the therapist was good, but this felt way more compelling with a pop star trying to get her career back on track. It was kind of like oculus in that it keeps you guessing on what’s real and what’s not, which I like, but it did get to be a little much near the end with this one. It did keep me on edge the whole time, and had me yelling at the characters (not in theaters) so that’s a good thriller/horror for me. I’m excited for the prospect of a third
