Horrible film.
Waste of time unless you enjoy Jake Gyllenhaal screaming at a computer while blatantly violating his job description as a first responder. If the goal of this movie was supposed to be a commentary on the fast-paced, mentally-exhausting job of answering 911 dispatch calls, then it FAILED to achieve that goal.
