To be honest, I couldn’t stay serious in the movie because of Chris Rock’s character. Spiral was just laughable to me, especially the distorted voice William created. “Jigsaw didn’t target cops” It’s as if Tapp, Sing, Matthews, Strahm, Perez, and even Hoffman don’t exist, which to me sounds like the movie wasn’t giving context. Because if John never targeted cops, who would it be? It just didn’t make sense.

Many people may not like the movie from what they said has bad acting and math solving skills to assume it makes the movie boring, but in my opinion, it’s one of the most psychologically thrilling, brain-puzzling, sci-fi/horror movies I’ve ever watched.

The movie also speaks about human life in a way that makes the movie psychological to Cube and the characters as they communicate to one another and explain a bit about themselves, and a philosophical approach to humanity. It’s what Worth explains to Leaven about human life being stupid and nothing to live for.

This is honestly one of my favorite movies to enjoy. And I love how it shows a few of people’s perspectives throughout the movie to not miss out on the rest. The mayhem, the run, the whole adrenaline rush. It’s amazing and enjoyable. Seeing Melissa McCarthy was actually a surprise but god I love her part of the movie

I was so glad to find this movie somewhere online and got intrigued by it. I love every second of that movie. Seeing two nerds becoming punks as they embrace the punk scene while they decide what to do with their lives fascinated me.

(I also love that this movie was based off the director’s experience growing up in Salt Lake City!)
