  Had I watched this as a rental from Hastings as a kid it would have been a religious experience, very good in that specific way.

  I felt the performances were not punchy enough. Maybe I shouldn’t be expecting camp, but they do flirt with it occasionally. Some of the CGI was also just terrible in regards to color, so much so that the focus seemed soft.

  The movie is rated PG. Children might need help to understand why ducks have breasts or keep unwrapped condoms in their wallet- adults understand these things. There is about 20 minutes of honestly funny material and then you got to figure what to do for the other 1.5 hours.

  I have to wonder how hard this went in 1997, but it literally has a scene of Harrison Ford peaking up from the edge of the screen like a meerkat. Pivotal plot points involve a dinner knife, sending a fax, and playing keep away with a strap. Mostly feels like it could have had half the trials and tribulations and still been fun.
