  24 hours later we overheard some dykes on the bus mention planet of the apes, turns out their friend is getting "no bitches" from a planet of the apes reference in their hinge bio... tragique for the friend, but satisfying to kno dykes might just be loving planet of the apes these days.

  Screened for a bunch of trans ppl / lesbians.

  Personal highlights from the discussion we had afterward: this isnt simply "creat(ing) your own history", it's cinematic historiography. A critique of history, the ppl who propogate it and those who curate its physical artifacts. I had no idea who Camille Paglia was before, thus I didnt realise the level of trolling that must've gone into this interview. Also didn't know who Sarah Schulman was, this is the power of watching movies in a group, the expanded knowledge base for understanding and critiquing these works.
  Love to live laugh learn w the gays.
