Oh my god am I fucking idiot... Mid! And believe me I am shocked to say it but I was waiting for the plot to build into something stronger than a glorified CapCut edit and somehow.... it never did. Mikey Madison was about as good as you'd expect a Disney channel original actress would be and her accent was somehow worse. Not one thing about this movie screamed Oscar winner other than the fact that it abstractly reflected a similar vibe to pulp fiction if it was filmed on a reality camera tv with a grainy a24 film filter over it.

wow this is an extremely good movie. the first half is a little slow and maybe a little clunky but it's still cute, but the second.... oh girl you're in for a good cry. that little dakota fanning face is so goddamn cute i could die. and brittany murphy may she rest in peace makes this silly chick flick into a film. this movie is like top 10 contender. uptown girls may may may be the best girl night movie night ever made ever??????????
