Ice age is always kickass I like it so much even on rewatch I like being able to see how they animated it now with fresh adult eyes I enjoy the copypasted trees in the background and I think the snow texture still really holds up and I think the animation is really cute and I think the story is still very strong

It took me a couple rewatches to really see all the little moments Nicole helps him- and on those rewatches, it’s obvious- but to me, Charlie’s character was immediately sympathetic, and it took me a minute to really see and understand Nicole’s experience.
