  Anytime something feels this familiar and about teenagehood I feel like I’m getting stabbed a thousand times in my chest and it takes a couple days to watch the movie. Quite good though, very cute: great period companion piece to Licorice Pizza that expands upon the further history of that kinda relationship: the pendulum swayed… I love Punch-Drunk Love and Steel Magnolias, so I feel clocked, but like who am I? Stupid fake film geek. Movieperson is a protected class. And god bless us

  every dude in this is completely insane they gotta choose between “contraceptive foam misunderstander” “rapist for $80 guy” “‘you’re so beautiful I could eat your teeth’ guy” and “rapist teacher” this is truly a dudes suck movie and I think the 2020s demand more of those frankly
