Palmer opening champagne and then explaining to Claire and Simon that real champagne only comes from Champagne, France is SOOOOO ME this summer during my wine internship having to research 444 sparkling wine focused wineries in the United States to see which ones actually have champagne vs. just sparkling wine and then telling everyone I know about it because I’m annoying. Wish I had studied abroad in France to have learned that but that’s okay.
