what a shame. i'm used to bong joon ho's political commentary by now but this one is just a little too on the nose. i also read the book and thought it was ridiculous, so i guess there weren't very high expectations to begin with even though parasite was what i consider to be a perfect movie. i loved steven yeun's performance though!

imma be honest i did not gaf about this movie. i never learned to take timothée chalamet seriously so that's my bad but zendaya only being on screen for a grand total of 10 minutes also pmo. i know there's a second movie but atp i don't even wanna watch it because i was so disinterested in this one djfjsfk if you like dystopian sci-fi it might be good for you but i could have gone my entire life not watching this. the soundtrack was good though.
