Okay, this one was different. Another (slightly) short movie, but damn was it fulfilling. I wish I could have understood and seen the chemistry between the main characters of the movie, as it focused more on their ongoing dilemma or objective. Could have extended to bring about a good closure, but this is the theme of anime, and honestly, not so bad.

5 Centimeters per Second 2007
Man, I didn't get shit. Or perhaps I expected something different from the reality. Pretty confusing for a short movie, so I wish that we managed to discuss more features and elements about it in detail. Although...this is actually a not-so-bad depiction of true high school romance. It fades and falls. It represents something against the usual cliches, and that makes me okay with it.

Anyone But You 2023
Not the worst in terms of rom-com, but of course, another run-of-the-mill plot and conclusion. The acting was mediocre, and so it felt forced in a sense. However, the idea was okay. It could’ve had a different direction in terms of causal events, but the overall spark was somewhat there. Not something I would highly recommend, but if you’re into some light and pressure-free films, this is worth a shot!
And hey, good selection of music. #unwritten
