It's hard to watch something like this without comparing it to the play manuscript, or adaptations from decades past.
The delivery for some characters like Willy, Linda, and Willy's Mistress which are quite important, felt less than stellar and at times mischaracterized in their tone. On top of that, the ending funeral scene which had nearly brought me to tears in both the book and 1966 adaptation failed to do anything for me here. It felt a lot more flat…
My first time seeing a Rainier film, and the cinematography in this absolutely blew me away. Beyond that though, this story in general resonated with me and nearly made me cry.
Everytime I watch a marvel movie I can't help but think that it's like eating out of a pig trough with your eyes and ears
