Wicked 2024
Despite the heavy criticism, I like the movie. It tried its best to stick with the theatre show within its movie confinement. Choreography of each number were amazing, vocals were not bad but also not good, the colour grading could’ve been better. It’s a fun watch for my younger sisters and I.

Watching this so close to a loved one’s death was a kind of torture I did not expect I put myself into. The pacing of the film was awkward, but each interaction was build with love and I love the bittersweet ending.

Midnight Mass 2021
Father Paul is the most unpriest priest I have ever witnessed in the moving screen with the exception of Andrew Scott’s priest from Fleabag. Mind you, they’re very different characters.
I love it with the exception of many of the dialogues frankly smacking you on the face with its moral lessons and dilemmas without so much as a by-your-leave.
