  Absolutely shocked that I think this sequel was worthwhile and that it had a story to tell. While I'd say it's nowhere near as good as the first, but all the battle sequences except for the underwater one were thrilling. In addition to great performances especially from Denzel Washington who is the highlight for me. The reveal involving a certain character surprised me in a good way and had me locked in. Thought this movie would be a dumpster fire, but it was way better than I anticipated.

  Does this movie deserve 5 stars absolutely not does it hold up all these years later nope. However, the character of Patch inspired me to name my first and favorite dog Patches.
