  serial experiments lain argues the true perception of reality and how the internet, or the “wired”, merely exists on a thin line between the border of being online and existing in reality, or just how human beings are an empty vessel made to wander the planes of this earth, where your true being only lives on through the internet. it’s eerie how ahead of its time this show was, but we’re not far off from living in the universe of lain.
