    The level of investment I felt in this story is something I haven’t felt in a while and the ending is probably already an all-time favorite ending of mine. 

    Also this film looks gorgeous; I was in awe at everything on display here and didn’t want to leave this world and the characters within it behind.

    Eggers is so good at crafting an immersive world within his films and that is no different with Nosferatu. The atmosphere of this film is so engrossing and the performances (especially Lily-Rose Depp) only elevate the looming feeling of impending doom. 

    I’m in love with this film aesthetically but story- wise, I left the theater feeling a little unfulfilled.

    As I said previously, I thought the performances in this film were great but I still felt this distance from the characters…
