  the conversation at the able after therese' last visit to the countryside., particularly that one innocuous line about gisou. hah.
  emilie's first expression when francois speaks about therese.
  the actors moving to cut therese' face from view entirely as francois speaks on their relationship.
  "i understand francais and francois."
  therese recounting rejecting a client for francois' benefit.

  is revenge worth it. they say if you kill a killer you become just like them. maybe that's true. maybe it just changes you. being a murderer. the weight of a soul, dirty as it may be, drags you down.
  if you don't kill a killer and they kill again, does the weight of those souls tie you to the earth. are they like gravity, keeping you bound to the world in unseeable chains. how does it feel being a murderer? does it change you? is it worth it?
