Entirely worth the crippling depression for the last scenes, true emotional range comes from the leads in this movie, complimented by a relatively understated and perfectly suited soundtrack.

Love & Mercy 2014
Generally I don't enjoy biopics as no one has a life that has a structure that's well made for a movie. However the format of this film creates intrigue and a real sense of desire to know what happens in both story lines when you're unfamiliar with Brian Wilson's situation. Watch with headphones.
