Entered this with complete fresh eyes and little to zero knowledge of the original story but by the time Elphie busted through the glass she also shattered the glass for me on this delightful tale
Cynthia's Elphaba is a powerhouse and you feel for her (which is intended) and when she finally turns for the "Act 1" conclusion and defies gravity at last (pun intended) leaves you cheering for her and wanting more!

A fun instalment to the "Star Wars for Aussies" series!
While sometimes lacking in a coherent story, it makes up for it with stunning visuals and a fair share of 'WTF' moments.
Hemsworth steals most of his scenes with his 'Mad Thor' impression (can't wait for the inevitable origin movie - "Dementus:.. A Mad Max Saga").
Despite it's flaws, it earns the price of admission and should be experienced on the biggest screen you can find (preferably D-Box as well).
Currently, one of my movies of the year.. so far.
