Hundreds of Beavers 2022
Absolutely fitting to see this on April Fools Day at a one night only event in a local theatre. Bro what the hell was that.. Felt like I was being hit in the head with a log, which is a classic beaver killing technique.
Honestly shocked that someone spent their whole pandemic editing screams and copy/pasting beaver-costumed men into Microsoft PowerPoint. How was it so long?! If you don’t like the first 10 minutes, the remaining 90 won’t do anything to convince you otherwise. The few unexpected laughs I experienced came mostly through exhaustion.

Utterly dull, the most tired Catholic horror cliches and cheap jump scares. Too basic to even be that blasphemous.. Immaculate would have us believe Rosemary's Baby could be improved with creepy convent aesthetics and a violent twist ending that is sold as feminist subversion rather than campy mediocrity. If only Mia Farrow had simply killed everyone and then her newborn Antichrist!
