  tinker bell (2008) is a critique on classist, capitalist society. the tinkers r the proletariat, and the other fairies view they work as either productive or unproductive labor (that would be junk/lost things). tinker bell’s like, “who gets to dictate what inventions r productive or unproductive?🙄” and demolishes this system of capitalist view. to save spring, tink gets her junk/lost things and invents things that initially were deemed unproductive in society. eventually, she led an organization for the tinker fairies and secured a solid place in neverland society. solidarity w comrade tinker bell and props to her unionizing, uprising, and efforts✊🏾🛠️⚒️
