Was it as epic as the original LOTR? No of course not.
Is it a bad Film? For me No.
I went into the film expecting a Movie that tells me a story in the LOTR universe and that it did.
Sure it has its lengths in the middle part but other than that I had a gerat time with the movie. I liked the characters and the story and the designs.
IMHO it’s better than the hobbit movies and so if I crave some LOTR in the future and I’ve watched the original trilogy recently, this would be my go to movie.
