  Just let a killer monkey movie be a killer monkey movie! I thought this was a really fun and silly time with some amazing jokes and wacky goopy (some very goopy) deaths. Big ups for Tatiana’s performance, that rockin score, and honestly a script that had me chuckling more than most of the comedies I’ve seen in the last few years!

  If horror is the only kind of movie that can get green lit rn outside of Marvel and Avatar I say make ‘em all kinds of ways, this one included!

  I guess I gotta go right down the middle. To me it wasn’t quite painfully boring and I was really enchanted by the grainy static lofi-ness of it all, however, it did feel a little bit like it missed the mark.   I loooooved this movie. So beautiful and stylistic and hilarious. There wasn’t one moment when I wasn’t completely convinced by the people on screen and what they were doing and what they cared about.

  Endearing romance, family drama, wandering around aimlessly, and the gutting realization that at the end of it all we’re stuck with ourselves and no one’s just going to yoink us out of a harsh reality. 

  If you’re a human person who feels emotions I think you should probably watch this!
