Choose or Die 2022
Had a bit of a stereotypical "cursed game" horror trope plot, just with a retro 80s theme. Not insanely scary, so a good introduction for beginners in horror. Performances from the actors were pretty good, but the plot itself felt rushed throughout the film without a second to really process anything. Could've had more suspense or thrill to it. Good curiosity movie, wouldn't necessarily watch it again.

Very suspensful and intriguing to watch. Not full of jump-scares but relies on the sheer suspense and terror built into the storyline with good plot twists here and there. I really enjoyed it. I find it quite shocking as well to watch because although we know the probability of this happening isn't likely, it has little pieces inside it that you could almost believe people getting to at some point in life.

The Whale 2022
Wow...just, wow. This was a really heavy film to watch. The pace felt a bit slow at points, but I also think that that was the intention of the filmmaker in order for us to really connect with Charlie's character and life. I found his situation hard to watch to begin with and truly empathized with Charlie throughout the entire film. And good lord, I've been sobbing my eyes out at the ending. Such a great telling of this story.

It's What's Inside 2024
This film was actually insane to watch. At first I was a bit hesitant because the plot was slow and didn't make much sense, but once the game started, the suspense really started to pick up and took ahold of me the entire time. It's definitely a plot you have to be paying attention to in order to follow along with the character switches, but the plot twists then hit even harder! Definitely recommend watching it if you like suspense horror.
