    I’ve been wanting to watch this for a while now, and it’s fitting that I watched it with my girlfriend while celebrating 1 year.

    I love these long shots of dialogue without cuts. It’s demanding for the actors, but they delivered with realism and such chemistry. And I adore how it was actually filmed in Vienna. The side characters, like the cow actor, ate as well.

    I was somewhat surprised at how annoying Ethan Hawke’s character was at times. He’s kind of doing Vince Vaughn’s thing; only, Ethan Hawke is hot. So maybe that explains the forgiveness for that.

    Timothée does an amazing job once again. Honestly, this movie is filled with great performances from talented actors - special shoutout to Boyd Holbrook for the Johnny Cash content, which was a welcome break from the folk music at times.

    A Complete Unknown suffers from the same mistakes made by many biopics, such as the timing of certain events being obviously questionable. Granted, it was based on a book I didn't read,…
