This movie is objectively beautiful. Every scene could be its own painting. The casting was so well done and the romance between Adèle and Noémie was palpable and also heartbreaking. The scene of Noémie playing the harpsichord while Adèle watches was everything.
To me the stand out scenes were when the ladies were helping Sophie get an abortion and living in the house with no outside force telling them do anything differently. It really was so beautiful.
