no but fr as tragic as it is that kai's explicit trans identity was cut from the show, you can tell that they still tried to imply it as much as possible and it's very clear. her storyline is so meaningful beyond just her transness as well, and every character's arc was equal parts devastating and heartwarming to watch. do NOT write this off just because of its artstyle because it tackles issues i hardly have seen children's media do often and it is so SO important that it gets recognized for that
