  This is not proper kitchen etiquette. These clothes are impractical and the handling of ingredients is unhygienic. This would not pass food health and safety requirements.

  edit 1 (march 2021): for around a year, the poster for this film on Letterboxd was a squashed PNG of Ginger (the main chicken) holding a giant fork on a plain white background next to the title "Chicken Run". now there's no poster - my comment still sort of applies.

  There's lots of creativity and it has a really nice atmosphere. The thing is, I feel that properly shines in the last 30 minutes. The first 50 mins REALLY drag on and maybe if those 50 mins were half as long or just not paced so slow would that strengthen this film as a whole. Also, the first 50 minutes feel more like a bunch of episodes of an internet cartoon series, as opposed to a tightly put together film.*…
