  It's Impossible to Learn to Plow by Reading Books 1988

  It takes some deep appreciation for cinema to  fully admire this movie— appreciation that I lack because this movie was BOOOORRINGG. Deadass only sat down to watch this because of linklater and the sick title. There’s no substance whatsoever its just a bunch of normal mundane activities being done by a young linklater. 

  Maybe someday i’ll go back and watch this again while im faded

  I'm not familiar with Hal Ashby's films but I feel like this was a great introduction into his works. It was an interesting watch to say the least, never quite seen anything like it before-- guess I can only describe it as comedically poetic. The way it got extremely political fucking surprised me. I can't express enough how much I idolize Peter Sellers, I've always thought he's underappreciated and somewhat forgotten in recent times. He brings a charm and likeness…
