  Man, what a clever, witty, detailed film. With gorgeous artwork based on the impeccable work of Jacques Tardi, a great steampunk/alternate history plot, some very funny Franco-centric comedy, and an attention to detail I can't recall seeing in any other film in quite some time, April and the Extraordinary World was simply a delight. I'm afraid to say any more for fear of spoiling certain elements, but I can't imagine anyone going into this blind and not walking out with a smile on their face.
