Call me a weirdo, call me a twisted fuck. But at least Yorgos is gonna match my freak.

In all seriousness, I get why some would not like this movie. But I had so much fun watching it.

The story was engaging, funny, and absurdly thought out. The acting was top notch in every act and I cannot critique Yorgos’ directing one bit. Through and through, this was 100% a Yorgos movie, probably more so than any of his other movies I’ve seen (have not seen Dogtooth yet) and if you don’t like being uncomfortable, I suggest you don’t see it.

Does very VERY well for what it is and when it was made. Any complaints I have about this film are honestly not valid due to the timeframe. I could see this being one of those ones that I rate a 5 after a second viewing.

If you haven’t seen an old samurai story, I think this is a really cool one to start with if you can appreciate the art.

I thought I knew what I was getting into tbh. Fourth Yorgos film… I’ve seen it all, right? yeah no.

He does it again folks! The camera work. The story telling. The visuals. The acting. I promise you, if you do not believe this man’s films are ground breaking, just wait til you see how they’re going to age.

Emma Stone, thank you. I could not be more excited that you’re running it back with our guy Yorgos to do another film. You two are everything that cinema should strive towards.

Stanley’s ultimate masterpiece. My jaw was on the floor half the movie with Kubrick’s ability to manipulate the mind to understand space and time. WE HADN'T BEEN BACK FROM THE MOON YET BEFORE THIS CAME OUT PEOPLE.

I don’t even think I wanna talk that much about this movie, I’m sure it’s all been said time and time again  and I think with a little digging, the themes in this movie make perfect sense.

Stanley Kubrick invented space guys. Let’s just admit it.
