  Rian Johnson is the KING of subversion. As soon as I started to think I knew what was actually going on, I got the rug swept out from under me each time.   Was this really a psychological battle of wills or was this really just 2 hours of Russell Crowe seducing Christian Bale through his outlaw cowboy charisma? That finale shootout is one helluva emotional climax!
