  Adrien Brody’s pompous and entitled best actor speech put a bit of a damper on it for me, frankly. But, like Brody’s speech, the length of the film felt self-indulgent at parts. It is historical fiction which I didn’t realize initially. This makes for interesting an film but, to be clear, the main character was not real. Still processing, frankly lol

  Strong first half - I really enjoyed the dialogue. Second half felt a bit like they weren’t too sure where to go with it or how to wrap it up. Worth a watch though!
