  Personally found this a chore to sit through. I liked the cinematography and claustrophobic nature of close-ups, but there isn’t an interesting or redeemable character in sight. Each supporting character serves as background fodder for the protagonist to get to his next place. The main conflict of Saul wanting to bury a boy by risking his and countless other lives felt selfish and frustrating. Did not really do much for me at all

  Easily one of my least pleasurable viewing experiences ever. This film is critically acclaimed for some reason but offers absolutely nothing. It attempts to sympathize it's main character, and completely fails. I didn't find any of the performance's compelling, the cinematography is bland, and so is the music.
