The Lobster 2015
Really loved a recent rewatch of this on Valentines Day. Such a twisted Wes Andersonesque story. Great cinematography and dark laughs all around. The ending is fantastic. Probably my favorite Yurgos.

Nosferatu 2024
Blah-sferatu. Looked good and production design was solid. Very hollow annoying characters, way too much repetition and length (especially for a horror movie.) It wasn’t Eggersy enough for me, very watered down with a nice verneer. The first 20 minutes is the best part.

Probably one of my favorite movies ever. A stunningly beautiful movie about Italian Fascism. Storaro absolutely crushes his non Gialo maiden voyage. But production design and wardrobe are incredible too. I was stunned when I finished it, I can’t wait to see it on the big screen
