Meant to come out January 2021, it got passed to January of the next year where it belongs. This film is too generic to be good, but not bad enough to be amongst the worst. I doubt it would make my worst 20 films of the year. A Russian sci-fi film that seems to blend The Thing, Alien, and a little of Annihilation, but not being nearly as good as any of these films. The previously mentioned films are among some of my favorites and when something takes inspiration from something like Alien or The Thing, I have a soft spot for it (unless it’s god awful). If you’re a super fan of all things Harry Potter, chances are this will be great documentary for you, especially if you’re one to get emotional over nostalgia.
