Got to watch this in an empty theater with my best friend and had a ball screaming and gasping at all the absolute freaks in this film. Really excellent pacing and editing, and great cinematography with very cool landscape shots. I love a good cult flick, but plot felt a little loose or just not as interesting as it could’ve been. Still, so happy to see ayo on the big screen ⭐️ need her in more horror stat!

this was such a fun watch! had me snickering and tearing up and gasping. loved the editing and direction. has to be one of my favorite Pattinson performances ever. we need more zany, insane, maniacal roles for him STAT! also, Naomi Acke is so so so good!!!
praying this doesn’t get the dune pt. 2 treatment where it’s released too early in the oscar season and pattinson gets forgotten in best actor - or other categories - because this was an insanely good performance.

I’d personally like to think that The Monkey would notice my chill and cool vibe and spare my life.
Perkins is definitely doing some cool shit in horror / thrillers right now, and I am loving it. The Monkey fell a bit flat for me tonally, but the creativity and experimentation is really exciting. It’s strange and campy and gory and fun in a great way. Stayed until end credits and saw a sneak peek trailer of Perkins’ next film “Keeper”… let him cook.
