    The bar was set quite high with 2000’s Gladiator, considered by many - this guy included - to be a masterpiece and one of the top 100 films in cinema history.     NON-SPOILER - I’m happy to report that one of my most anticipated films of the year, ALIEN: ROMULUS, is a certified BANGER! This is a terrifying return to old school Alien form. The cinematography is gorgeous. The production design is 🤌 and also claustrophobic. This is why you go to the movies.
