I do and forever will love Monsters Inc. Rewatching just reminded me how witty the movie is. The plot line has many heart warming moments between Boo and Sully and the addition of many different conflicts such as the revealing of Waternoose as the villain, the banishment into the Himalayas, as well as the final attempt to escape the CDA/Randall/Waternoose leads viewers deeper and deeper into the plot. Overall, a great movie with a perfect combination of sentiment and comedy.

Wow! Overall it was a really great movie! I took off half a star as I felt like there were quite a few moments that were a little predictable. Chalamet’s performance is truly spectacular and captures the mysterious nature of Wonka while expressing this new emotional side of him that Depp and Wilder didn’t explore as much! Amazing plot twists as well as great characterizations all around. I love how they creatively expressed more of the characters after plots through the credits! They took a classic character and gave it a new story line that can be appreciated by young and old!
