Worth watching to see Hugh Grant take the trust he's built with his 90s romcom king status and parlay it into running a very fine line between affable but eccentric older man and creep. There was an element missing that I can't quite put my finger on, but whatever it is it left me underwhelmed by the end.

A 4.3 on here and I thought i was in for a treat. This did not grab me in the first episode, and it's clear it's going to be a very slow burn...which is fine if you have a great cast and background; sadly, this does not and is not worth the time.

Not Giamatti's best performance and, for me, the overall acting and lines were sub-par and distracting at times. It does a good job of bringing you into a textured world, but it's hard to connect with the hollow performances and stunted character development. I felt dead inside the whole time.
