Trap 2024
Again- to be clear I rate movies according to their genre, so I don’t mean this to seem like it’s one of my top movies of all time by giving it 4.5 stars.
For the thriller genre though, this is a great time at the movies if you are willing to just suspend a bit of reality. It’s a cat and mouse game with some bad acting, but enjoyable nonetheless.
Shamalayn took some big risks here doing something no one has ever thought of doing before… and for what the final product is, I think he succeeded.

Deadpool & Wolverine 2024

Some people are going to love the cameos from the ancient movies like Blade and Elektra. But you’re telling me I re-watched every single X Men movie including the terrible “The Wolverine” and the only one I really needed to see all that time was Logan?
If anything, this was finally the perfect chance to see Magneto or Charles in a Deadpool movie, but instead we just get Magneto’s helmet and his sister.
I think this was the weakest of the Deadpool films and setting it inside the Void means that it truly had no importance whatsoever in the MCU or for Deadpool himself.

The Chosen: Season 4 2024
I will need more time to post a full review to really process what I’ve seen. (Writing this post episodes 1-3). This is the first time I’ve paid money to see episodes of a tv show in theatres, especially one that will shortly be free for everyone to view via the app.
I don’t laugh out loud at movies. I rarely tear up. But I laughed loudly and cried during this.
To be honest, the ending of E3 is something I will personally be processing well into the next week…
