Watched this today because it was made about a beach that is 30 minutes from me.
It didn’t help the acting was atrocious but I don’t think all the acting prowess in the world could’ve saved that script.

House 1977
Got to watch this in an almost packed house on 35mm at the Charles Theater in Baltimore MD. So glad I was able to experience this hugely influential film this way. I also napped right before the movie and almost missed it. I ran there still delirious from the nap and made it just in time to enjoy this fever dream of a film. What a life.
