  Not bad but definitely overhyped. The film didn't impact me much apart from the cheap use of the death of a neurodivergent child. Ari Aster definitely has a distinctive style however.

  Loved the movie since I was kid, however the more I watch it the more I'm convinced it was a lot of wasted opportunities. Brilliant soundtrack, world, cinematography, and acting from certain parties, but the dialogue and themes are lacking, especially when compared to the book.

  Not for the squeamish as some of the scenes can be strange or intense, but it's my favourite of Kon's works, and I think best expressed his creativity and skill for story-boarding complex or unusual action sequences.
