  genuinely the black version of bonnie and clyde. except queen and slim had no other choice! the two were very opposite pairs and i was amazing watching them get to know each other throughout the movie. they complimented each other way more than they realized :(. the ending was absolutely heart breaking, but i should’ve known a story like that couldn’t have possibly ended well.

  one of the most heartfelt & emotional movies ive ever watched. the fact that it’s all based on a true story and produced/directed by the one who lived it is even crazier. michael b jordan’s & jamie foxx’s acting skills were unmatched. just mercy easily solidifies its main point about a system that fails constantly to protect the innocent
